HDPE Pipes

The company of FILBO EOOD - Varna is established in 1992 with main scope of activities complete equipment with water-supply and sewers materials. During the time, it expanded its portfolio that it offers for comprehensive satisfaction of customer's needs for quality products.

Since 2006 the company started its own production line of pipes and fittings of HDPE (polyethylene) and PPR (polypropylene) and has quality certificate according to the international standard ISO 9001:2008.

Thanks to the long-lasting experience on the market with clear sense of responsibility to future challenges, we look into the future for continuous progress and elaboration.

HDPE (polyethylene) pipes and fittings

Destination: construction of outdoor drinking water-supply utilities for cold water and ducts for optic cable networks.

Dimensions:

- HDPE butt welded fittings of Ø 63 up to Ø 200

- HDPE pipes of Ø 20 up to Ø 160

HDPE pipe lengths;

- pipes on coils of Ø 20 up to Ø 110 with L 100 m

- straight pipes of Ø 50 up to Ø 160 with L 12 m

Note: Pipes PN 6 notwithstanding of diameter are manufactured with L = 12 they are not wound on rolls. On customer's request other lengths of pipes may be available.

HDPE pipes for cable network on customer's request are available.

Working pressures and temperatures:

HDPE fittings D 63 – D 200 maximum working pressure up to PN 10 BAR (1 bar =105 N /m² = 0,1 МРа);

HDPE pipes D 20 – D160 SDR17 maximum working pressure up to PN 16 BAR (1 bar =105 N /m² = 0,1 МРа);
